Dosage
Cap 250-500 mg tid-qid. IM/IV Adult & childn >20 kg 250-500 mg 6 hrly, <20 kg 100-200 mg/kg/day in divided doses 6 hrly. Infant >7 days 75 mg/kg/day in divided doses 8 hrly, <7 days 50 mg/kg/day in divided doses 12 hrly. .. ..

Precautions
